Meet Dr Lily Olgiati

Every so often I dig out an interview from my coaching platform archives, because the conversation is still relevant for us today. With that in mind, meet my good friend, Dr Lily Olgiati.

Dr. Lily Olgiati is a qualified psychotherapist, an experienced speaker, and a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. When I interviewed Lily awhile ago she was a pastor on the team of a church in San Jose.Today, she is the founder of LILY’S LEADERSHIP LAB which invests in leaders through coaching, counseling and leadership labs in the US and in Milan, Italy. One thing that is consistent about Lily’s leadership journey: she is a pioneer.
